Billist

Terms of Service

Effective June 12, 2026

These terms apply to the Billist iOS app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

What Billist is

Billist is a manual bill due-date tracker. It helps you record bills and reminds you when they are due. It does not pay bills, move money, or connect to your financial accounts.

License

You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Billist on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Don't copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.

Subscriptions

Billist offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Billist Pro") that unlock features beyond the free tier. Current prices and periods are shown in the app before purchase.

Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee

Billist schedules reminders on a best-effort basis, but notifications can be delayed, silenced, or missed — by the operating system, your settings, or a bug. You remain responsible for paying your bills on time. Billist and its developer are not liable for late fees, interest, credit impact, or any other consequence of a missed or incorrect payment, due date, or reminder.

Your data

Your data lives only on your device (see the Privacy Policy). Because there is no account or cloud backup by us, you are responsible for device backups. If you delete the app or lose the device without a backup, the data is gone.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability for any claim arising out of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

The app and these terms may change over time. Material changes to the terms will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
